To Germany:

- 4.90 € for orders under 30 €

Which countries do you ship to?

Deliveries are currently only possible to delivery addresses in Germany .

Unfortunately, Austria is not yet possible, but we are working on it.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery of your order usually takes 2 - 4 days.

Do you also deliver to a DHL Packstation?

Sure! You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation.

To do so, simply enter the DHL Packstation address as your delivery address when placing your order. Please don't forget to include your postal code!

It is best to enter it as follows:
Address = "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation (e.g. Packstation 100 )
Address extension = your own postal number

To which address can I have my order delivered?

You can choose your home address, company address or a packing station as the shipping address.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver your items to a PO box or a border post office.

Please note that shipment tracking is limited for German Warenpost, meaning the Warenpost is not scanned at every station and there are fewer status messages compared to DHL parcels.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number . You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package directly on the DHL website .

Return and refund

How do I get my money back?

If you really need to return something, we will take care of your return immediately.

Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the goods via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the credit has been paid.

To make the process even faster and smoother, please contact us in advance so we can announce your return in the system.

How can I return DR. SCHELLER products?

You can return one or more items to us within the 14-day cancellation period .

We do not cover the costs of return shipment.

If you cannot find the return address on the shipping label (sender), please send your return to:

It's very important that you include the delivery note from your package with your return so our warehouse can identify the return to your order. Please also keep the receipt with the tracking number so we can track your return if necessary.

Returns without postage paid will be charged a service fee of 9.90 euros and will be deducted from your refund amount.

For hygiene reasons, we ask that you only return goods in their original packaging and unopened.

As soon as the goods arrive at our warehouse and have been booked, the amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method. This usually takes two to four days.

Are DR. SCHELLER products well tolerated?

DR. SCHELLER's primary goal is to produce highly compatible products. All products are dermatologically tested and subject to regular quality controls by an independent testing institute.

Unfortunately, it can never be completely ruled out that, given the multitude of cosmetic and natural raw materials, skin reactions or even intolerances may occur in individual cases. If you have questions, for example, about a specific raw material, please contact our hotline at +49 7221 688 920.

Does DR. SCHELLER conduct animal testing?

Of course not.

Since its inception, the DR. SCHELLER brand has never conducted animal testing, either on raw materials or on finished products. In accordance with current legislation, the required safety assessments are carried out for both ingredients and finished products, based on toxicological data, as is the case with all other cosmetics manufacturers. Furthermore, product safety is ensured through testing with various dermatologists and ophthalmologists.

Are DR. SCHELLER products gluten-free?

Yes! DR. SCHELLER products do not contain gluten.

Do DR. SCHELLER products contain allergenic ingredients?

DR. SCHELLER products are highly compatible and, of course, dermatologically tested. Due to the variety of different substances that can cause allergic reactions in individual cases, allergies can never be completely ruled out. This also applies to cosmetic products. When selecting our raw materials, we ensure that they have a low allergenic potential. We would be happy to analyze any problems you may have with you. What should I keep in mind when using our products?

Similar to food, cosmetics, too, are susceptible to spoilage due to the multitude of individual ingredients if handled improperly or stored under unfavorable conditions. This is especially true for opened packages.

Here are some tips for properly storing and using cosmetics:
- Open packages only for immediate use.
- Use opened products within 6 months if possible, or as indicated on the product. The open jar symbol on the product indicates how long the product can be used after opening.
- Carefully reseal cosmetic products after each use.
- Store cosmetics in a cool, dry and dark place.
- Expired products that show noticeable changes in smell and appearance should no longer be used.
- Only remove creams with washed hands or use a clean cosmetic spatula.

What does NATRUE certification mean?

NATRUE is an independent seal that exclusively identifies natural cosmetic products worldwide that meet the highest standards in terms of naturalness, quality, credibility, and transparency.

How does DR. SCHELLER ensure the quality standards of its products?

DR. SCHELLER products are manufactured according to the strict global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines for the production and quality control of cosmetics. These require continuous controls, including personnel qualifications, buildings, technical equipment, hygiene, labeling and packaging, as well as a quality management system. DR. SCHELLER also attaches great importance to not only checking the quality of the raw materials before use, but also to having the final product tested by an external testing institute.

Can all DR. SCHELLER products be combined with each other?

Yes, all products can be combined with each other. Our customer service team will be happy to advise you and help you determine the ideal care for your skin type.
