Conditions of participation competition


APOTHECARY DR. SCHELLER MEDICAL

By participating in the competition run by pharmacist Dr. Scheller MEDICAL, the participant accepts the following terms and conditions:

  1. The organizer of the competition is: Dr. Scheller natural & effective GmbH, Im Rosengarten 7, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany ("DR. SCHELLER"). The information provided will be used solely for the competition.
  2. All persons residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of DR. SCHELLER GmbH or BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group GmbH, as well as their relatives within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), and life partners are excluded from participation.
  3. Participation is by subscribing to the newsletter at www.dr-scheller.de/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Each participant may only enter once. Participation in the competition is independent of the purchase of any product. Participation via competition clubs or other commercial service providers is not permitted. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, DR. SCHELLER reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition; if necessary, prizes may also be revoked and/or reclaimed retroactively.
  4. One winner will be randomly drawn from all participants. The winner will receive a DR. SCHELLER MEDICAL set. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any travel expenses incurred will not be reimbursed. Cash payment of the respective prize or any claims for compensation are not possible. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail.
  5. The competition starts on May 21, 2025, and ends on June 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The prize draw will begin on July 1, 2025, and the winner will be contacted by email.
  6. DR. SCHELLER stores your personal data exclusively for the purpose of determining and announcing the winner and for other marketing purposes.
  7. Legal recourse is excluded.
  8. DR. SCHELLER reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for good cause. In the event of cancellation of the competition for good cause, DR. SCHELLER will inform participants immediately. Cancellation for good cause may occur, in particular, if the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons. DR. SCHELLER assumes no liability for lost participation opportunities due to technical connection problems or similar.
